Rate of flow /pressure reducing control valve

Product overview
The valve shall maintain a constant flow rate regardless of fluctuations in upstream and downstream pressure. The control shall be an adjustable, spring loaded direct acting pilot studied to regulate the flow when actuating differential increasing or decreasing beyond spring setting. A thin edge orifice plate (stainless steel) installed in front of the outlet flange shall be used to produce the differential pressure signal utilized by the differential pilot to actuate the control. The unit is fitted with two pressure gauge holder, to permit on site, with a differential monometer (not included) to measure the flow rate also without a flow meter on the line. This valve also includes a pressure reducing control function that reduce a higher inlet pressure to a constant, lower, outlet pressure independently of the flow rate or inlet pressure fluctuations. Mainly used to reduce elevated pressures in distribution network.

Additional features
– Pressure sustaining of a minimal inlet pressure;
– Solenoid on-off control function. A remote controller switch on/off the valve;
– Check function. When the outlet became higher than inlet, the function prevent the Back-flow. Main valve totally open if outlet is higher than inlet (reverse flow);
– Two adjustable flow rate controlled value. The switch could be through a manual  override, or by an electrically remote solenoid control;
– On-off float control function;
– Constant level float control function.
